Ricky Blaha

Director of Networking

After serving as a worship and youth pastor in Baltimore for several years, Ricky and his family relocated to the Bay Area with a heart to plant churches. He helped found Redeemer Church in 2014 and served as an elder there for many years.

Ricky is uniquely gifted as a connector of people and ministries and uses that for the work that God has called us to do here at the Bayseed Collective. Connecting and cultivating relationships with potential partners, church planters and pastoral interns, and community leaders and influencers. Additionally, Ricky flexes his creative muscles by helping to create content and media that can provide resources and inspiration for people to understand who Bayseed Collective is and its mission here in the Bay Area.
