Born and raised literally and spiritually in Philadelphia, PA, Ian brings decades of experience developing systems and structures for training pastors for church planting and revitalization nationwide. His experience and heart for the gospel equips him with the organizational leadership skills to help lead the Bayseed Collective to develop strategies and partnerships to execute our mission to resource, revitalize, and reproduce thriving churches in the Bay Area.

Many would say that the Bay Area is one of the most difficult places in the country to plant and establish a thriving church. That it’s also one of the most secular seedbeds of human success and achievement. As we lean into the gospel needs of the Bay Area, Ian’s heart is eager to watch God do what only he can do in a place that is known for boasting about what man can do!
