Raised as a third culture kid in Africa and France, he brings a unique perspective to his role. His early forays into pastoral ministry included serving as a church-planting pastor in Belgium, France, and the Midwest before being called to California. It was during those formative years as a church-planting pastor in Europe that his ministry was deeply influenced by renowned missiologist Dr. David Hesselgrave.

Bob is passionate about bringing frontline missionary insights to the heart of the Bay Area.

Bayseed Collective goes beyond typical church-planting to infuse the region with a transformative, missional culture through supportive networking and strategic resourcing for churches in the Bay Area in need of revitalization.
