Director of Operations

Royce has served faithfully as a pastor since 2010 and has steadfastly served his local church, even through periods of difficulty which led to an eventual merger with two other congregations. He currently pastors a local parish in Union City, CA while also working for the Bayseed Collective.

Tasked with creating processes to facilitate the continuation of Bayseed’s mission, Royce directs various staff with boots on the ground to get things done. His work has far-reaching impact for the mission.
